Orientation to Bonsai — Starting the Bonsai Journey

Join ZealFish artist and bonsai educator J. Christopher “Bones” Turnbow for an approachable introduction to bonsai. We’ll explore the fundamentals of tree health, species and climate, roots and nebari, selecting a front, basic design concepts, soil and proper technique—with an emphasis on learning before cutting and enjoying the journey.

Registration is hosted by Botanicals of Clear Lake Shores.
